Below is the form we will need you to fill out in order to apply for an opening into a B2B group. Please be honest in your answers and be sure to read our disclaimer and terms of use to make sure you know what is expected of you.

Most meetings are held on a weekday night but we take each persons schedule into consideration before finalizing the meeting dates and times. If you have any preferences ahead of time or times that definitely do not work for you please share them here so we can set you up with a group that will better accommodate your schedule.

As part of the application, we may require a video call to further see if you are a fit for our program. Are you in agreement with this?

We promise not to share any information sent to us through this form for any reason but helping and serving you personally through the program. We do not share your personal information with members of your B2B group, but it is encouraged that you share it for accountability purposes.

This form is sent to us via email. We try to send you a copy as well for your own personal records as soon as you are accepted, however if for some reason you do not get it please let us know and we will get it too you asap.

You should also know that their may be a waiting list at any point in time. We will still take into consideration your schedule but let you know if there is an opening that conflicts with your preferences, of which you will have 48hrs to accept or decline. This may also cause you to redo your workout log for us so that we are up to date, so keep that in mind as well.
