Reconciled Coaching

A New Type of Coaching

Did you enjoy the coaching aspect of our Back to the Basics Program?  If so, we offer continued, more in-depth, one-on-one coaching unlike any other coaching on the market.  (And don’t worry the accountability and community with other ladies is still available if you wish!)

Reconciled Coaching is for all areas that female runners need – nutrition, health, life, and of course running.  However, we do not give you the latest fads or teach you how to do specifically paced speed work or how to interact with people in your life.  Rather, we believe that by sticking with the basics presented in this workbook along with a few other things such as cadence, training from your Perceived Rate of Exertion, and strength training, you will find what works best for your body, thus taking that and running with it to become the best version of yourself that you can be.

We also believe that as you grow closer and closer to God through Jesus Christ you will not need as much counseling or coaching in life matters because you will receive wisdom from the Wisest Man ever, thus we focus on helping you reconcile your relationship with God and living out of the truth of who you are in Christ and who God really is so that you will not always have to look to others for guidance and counsel.

And to wrap it up, we help you apply all of this even deeper by encouraging you to find another woman to invest in.  Not only does this bless her, but it will solidify what you have learned and encourage you to be an example – live what you teach and do what you preach.

So if you want to continue using us to become a better runner both physically and spiritually, get in touch with us at allisbsr@gmail.com

We look forward to hearing from you and would love to have you join our group of Reconciled Athletes!  I love you gals and please stay in touch as I’d love to hear how you’re growing in your faith.  Hope to see ya soon!!

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
