Day 21
Busy day so I ended up walking half my 5k in the morning and then, the other half in the afternoon on a bike path.
New places are always nice to walk or run!

Day 22
Strolled around for this one, trying to allow my leg to heal a little more. I’ve realized the only way I’m going to get it to stay loose is to consciencely (if that’s a word 😉) loosen it throughout the day. Apparently I tighten that leg a lot, especially while I’m driving.

Day 23 & 24
Was another broken up walk on a bike path. I feel like doing this really helps my leg to heal faster, as if it doesn’t realize I’m making it work out.

Day 25
Another stroll through town. Love the heat!!

Day 26
Took a different route than normal. There is just something about train tracks and flat land that draws my attention. Today was more exercise, as I had to get it in before church, since I had Memorial day to get ready for in the afternoon, and a potluck that evening.

Day 27
Multitasking on Memorial day, phone call, while I walk. My friend said it sounded like I was in a tornado, lol, but we had a good talk nonetheless. This river was dirtier than usual, but still pretty. I’m so grateful for the freedom we have because of those who gave some or all of their life to serve.

Day 28
Today was awesome! After struggling this month with a head cold, then a sinus infection, then bad allergies, today felt great since those are almost all cleared up! God’s been showing me I’m in a transition period. Where He wants me is not yet, but seems to be getting closer. And that’s not to say I’m not in God’s will now, but in all honesty I am struggling with some things He’s been laying on my heart. It’s scary, not what most would recommend doing, and because I have trouble with fear of man in wanting their approval, it is sadly a difficult thing for me to say yes to. Pray for me. That I would be obedient.
