So You’re Taking a Trip?

Most everyone likes taking a journey…but not all.  Travel for vacations and visiting family and friends are usually something we look forward to with anticipation.  However, there are some trips that we have wanted to forego, like to the dentist or the hospital and certainly to a funeral home.  As we get older, I think… Continue reading So You’re Taking a Trip?

Attention! Part Two of the the Best Race Ever

Part Two: This Half Marathon was the best race I’ve ever run. For the last three miles, I was covered in sweat. It was windy, temps were below freezing, and I do not do well in the cold. Besides that, I was now badly dehydrated and my body threatened to cramp up, pass-out, and upchuck the fuel I had recently ingested. But it was during these last few miles that God showed me more of Himself in a beautiful way I’ll never forget!
