The year 2023 started out with the verse Psalm 37:4. I didn’t like that verse because it was the only one in the Bible I had a hard time believing was true. Boy was I in for a surprise! God used this verse to give me a whole new look at my relationship with Him and what true abundant life really is! Listen in today as I share what God has been showing me about muscle memory and new beginnings in light of my lovely year… 2023.

- The feeling that something is missing in your life, could very well be satisfied with an intimate relationship with the God who created you.
- Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; not it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:18-19
- And I will restore unto you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. Joel 2:25
- Muscle memory must be a thing, because I went from barely running to a 10 mile week in only a few weeks.
- God is a God of new beginnings and second chances. We have never gone too far from Him. We only need to turn our eyes back to God by repenting – admitting we were wrong and have a new resolve to seek God for help in changing our ways – and seeking His face – a relationship with Him.
- Change your new year goals and actually see forward movement by seeking God’s face over His hands. Learn more about this in the next couple episodes.

This is a group of ladies over 18 that gather bi-weekly for 12 weeks to encourage each other to run the Christian life WITH God! Not for Him, but WITH HIM!!

This group will start in April of 2024.
