A Tool for Recovery and Prevention

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be.

Foam rolling is something I really do not like, but I never regret spending time to do it.

Here are a few things foam rolling physically has helped me:
  • Point out oncoming injuries
  • Increase circulation
  • Relax your muscles
  • Loosen up your joints
Here are a few things spiritual foam rolling has helped me:
  • Keep you from bitterness
  • Keep you from anger
  • Keep your line of communication open with God
  • Develop a stronger relationship with Christ
  • Help restore relationships with others
  • Gives you a different perspective to make decisions in the future
  • Can save you a lot of pain and injury in the future

Spiritual foam rolling can save you a lot of pain and injury in the future.
