Life is full of ups and downs. I don’t know about you, but my mood easily and effortlessly transitions from despair to optimism. Sometimes within seconds. Just last night, I couldn’t bare life anymore. I am usually very optimistic. I usually look for the positive in anything. But these past few days I just couldn’t.… Continue reading Hope Will Keep you Going

If Psalm 37:4 is True, Why hasn’t God Answered my Prayers?
THE SERIOUSNESS OF DOUBT Delight thyself also in the Lord; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart. – Psalm 37:4 I love running - especially on trails. One of my desires in life is to be a consistent runner than can whip out a random half marathon race with good elevation. It’s… Continue reading If Psalm 37:4 is True, Why hasn’t God Answered my Prayers?
Psalm 37:4 – Our Dreams are Not Worthless
Psalm 37:4 could easily be one of biggest verses I see girls struggle with believing. But this verse is one God has used to teach me so much and therefore I want to focus all of 2025s content on it.
If Only I Could Go Back
A Letter to my Younger Self Where am I? Currently I'm not where I thought I would end up. But, if you've read my latest posts, you already know my life has taken a life altering turn. Over the last two years God has opened my eyes to so many things. I am not the… Continue reading If Only I Could Go Back
Attention! This Was the Best Race I have Ever Ran
This Half Marathon was the best race I’ve ever run. For the last three miles, I was covered in sweat. It was windy, temps were below freezing, and I do not do well in the cold. Besides that, I was now badly dehydrated and my body threatened to cramp up, pass-out, and upchuck the fuel I had recently ingested. Fear says, “Look at how far you have left.” But Faith says, “Look at how far you’ve come.” Faith is of God. Fear is of the devil. You cannot have one while you have the other. One will rule, while the other cries. Faith pleases God. Fear delights the devil. Faith consists of trusting God… Continue reading It’s Your Choice – Faith or Fear??
Stop Wearing the Bridle
We put bridles on animals for a reason, but should you wear one in your spiritual life?
Walking on Water
Do you have what it takes? Have you ever stood by a body of water and imagined the scene of Matthew 14 when Jesus walks on the Sea of Galilee? Have you ever thought of the gut Peter must have had to walk on water himself? Who cares if he started sinking, what about the… Continue reading Walking on Water
Staying Hemmed and Never Getting Unraveled
The Importance of Prayer Throughout my Christian years I have gone back and forth in my prayer life. I’ve tried prayer lists on paper, lists on my phone, on an app, organized, no list at all. I’ve tried praying for 10 minutes, 15, 20, an hour. I get excited about prayer, then get bored. I’ll… Continue reading Staying Hemmed and Never Getting Unraveled
